Before founding Syntaxe, Michel Dayanithi worked in the tax departments of several Parisian business law firms, where he developed his expertise in corporate, transactional, personal and litigation taxation. He is a dually qualified from Montpellier Law School and London Business School. He is fluent in both English and French.
