This morning, we took a step back to analyze the reform of the tax regime for management packages introduced by the Finance Bill for 2025.
Led by Michel Dayanithi and Margaux Niclout, this session went beyond the new constraints and uncertainties to identify the opportunities emerging from the reform.
Against expectations, this reform may breathe new life into incentive instruments that had fallen out of use following the Conseil d’État’s landmark rulings of 13 July 2021.
